Job Overview

Maven Consulting Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Disability Assessor to join their team. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will be responsible for gathering information, analyzing data, and producing comprehensive reports to support the Department for Work and Pensions' eligibility determinations.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have 1 year or more of post-registration experience as an NMC registered nurse or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist. You should be comfortable working with a wide range of conditions, including mental health, and possess strong IT and computer skills. A background in case management or a related field would be highly desirable.
