An exciting opportunity has arisen in Norwich for an experienced clinician to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Description
  • Provide clear operational leadership and line management to the Community teams and clinical based services within the locality portfolio.
  • Develop strong, transparent working relationships with key stakeholders including Norwich PCN Neighborhoods, the local acute hospital, Social Services, Norfolk First Support and the voluntary sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • To be responsible for the professional leadership of defined teams within Norwich Place, demonstrating a supportive and flexible leadership approach and a proactive, responsible attitude to promote confidence in the team and the service.
  • To provide professional clinical leadership to the Integrated Community Team within own sphere of practice.
  • To work within the integrated team to prevent unnecessary admission to hospital.
  • To ensure services are able to provide in-reach to inpatient units and procured beds where required.
  • To work with all health care professionals, and statutory/non-statutory agencies to provide a seamless, integrated service to our service users.
