Support Worker Opportunity for Adults with Learning Disabilities
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals, enabling them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.
About the Role:
- Deliver personalized care and support to service users, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individual support plans, ensuring effective outcomes and progress.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to support plans, reflecting changes in service user needs and circumstances.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

The Ideal Candidate:
- A Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and mental health issues, showcasing your ability to adapt and respond to diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
