About this Opportunity:

Mental Health Support Workers play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, understanding, and communication skills. You will be working with adults who require emotional and physical support, and your ability to build trusting relationships will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  1. Providing daily living support to clients with learning and physical disabilities.
  2. Offering emotional and physical support to individuals.
  3. Working variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • At least six months of UK care experience.
  • Fully Enhanced DBS.
  • Valid UK driving licence and car.
  • Commitment to eLearning and practical training.

Salary and Career Advancement:

£24,500 - £30,800 per annum (based on 25 hours/week at £11.55ph) + career development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
