About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at our private mental health hospital in Norwich. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Job Summary:

This exciting opportunity involves working as an RMN within our inpatient services department, where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for service users with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan individualised nursing care plans for service users with complex mental health needs
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care, prioritising health problems and responding proactively to meet the changing needs of service users
  • Administer nursing care to acutely ill and long-term patients, ensuring the highest level of care and dignity
  • Support and guide support workers on a daily basis, promoting best practice in care delivery and continuous professional development
  • Maintain accurate medical records in line with NMC guidelines, policies, and legislation

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

A valid NMC PinAt least 1 year of experience in an acute mental health settingFlexibility to work on a rotating shift pattern

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
