Mental Health Specialist Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Mental Health Specialist Lead to join our team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development and implementation of innovative mental health services for children and young people.
This rewarding role offers a competitive salary of £44,414 - £53,235 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of the Complex Health Hub, you will work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver evidence-based interventions and improve patient outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing robust care and risk management reviews for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborating with clinical teams to review levels of enhanced observations for high-risk patients.
- Providing expert advice and support to patients, families, and carers to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of complex mental health needs and the ability to develop and implement effective interventions.
