We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Child Mental Health Specialist to join our team within the Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to the improvement of mental health outcomes for children and young people in our community.

As a key member of our Just One Number team, you will play a vital role in providing expert clinical supervision and support to colleagues working with children and young people. You will be responsible for co-leading on supervision and support to the wider team through group and individual sessions.

This challenging yet rewarding position requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will have experience in offering supervision and consultation to non-psychologist colleagues, as well as implementing specialist clinical practice that demonstrates a positive impact on clinical outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent assessment, signposting, advice, and brief intervention skills. You should also be able to analyse and interpret data, provide reports, make recommendations, and drive change. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary setting, prioritizing the needs of vulnerable individuals and their families.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree in Clinical Psychology, alongside a Doctoral or Certificate of equivalence. They will have evidence of continuous professional development and may possess a leadership qualification. Experience in providing high-quality care to children and young people, including those from diverse backgrounds, is essential.

Salary: £60,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).
