This role involves utilising your qualifications and experience to deliver tailored care plans and strategies with multidisciplinary teams. As an Adult Care Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the overall well-being and quality of life of our service users.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Care Plans: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement tailored care plans that address the specific needs of each individual.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to individuals experiencing behavioural and emotional challenges.
Requirements and Expectations:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent): Possess a recognised qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving License and Access to Your Own Car: Have a full driving license and access to your own car for work-related travel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills for diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong Behaviour Management Abilities and Safeguarding Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of behaviour management and safeguarding principles.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
