About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our Headford Group team. As a key member of our Freight Forwarding department, you will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales or a related field.
  • Ambitious and optimistic outlook with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
