Plymouth, Plymouth, United Kingdom Help for Heroes Full time
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team at Help for Heroes. As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will work with armed forces veterans in their homes and local communities, providing support with physical and mental health needs that are creating barriers to meaningful occupation.

You will have the opportunity to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Occupational Therapy interventions, improving the quality of life of our Heroes. Your holistic approach will help veterans overcome challenges and live the life they want to live.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career and be at the forefront of evidence-based practice in a supportive team.

About the Team

You will be joining a team of Occupational Therapists and Registered Nurses who are passionate about championing the Armed Forces Community. We are a resourceful and innovative team that is excited, confident, and ready for tomorrow's challenges.

We offer a wide range of benefits, including flexible working practices, 29 days paid holiday, and enhanced family-friendly packages. Our aim is to provide a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

What We Offer

We are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed. As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work independently but still enjoy the support of a team. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

We are proud to offer a range of benefits that support our employees' physical and mental well-being. These include a health cashback plan, flexible working practices, and a supportive work environment.
