**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage a large team across multiple shifts to meet KPIs on time.
* Engage and develop team members to reach optimal performance and potential.
* Role model and enforce adherence to company values (DNA).
* Address daily colleague queries, collaborating with HR and Training as needed.
* Support the Training Manager in onboarding, introducing new hires to values, policies, and job tasks.
* Monitor training effectiveness, attendance, and update materials regularly.
* Collaborate with department heads and Training Manager to identify training needs and create materials.
* Provide guidance to Training Supervisors to ensure consistency in training.
* Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, evaluations, and progress.
* Identify and improve gaps and inefficiencies in current processes.
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety standards, reporting incidents or concerns.
* Undertake basic problem-solving, escalating to Training Manager as needed.
* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required.
* Champion company initiatives (e.g., happiness surveys, diversity, well-being).

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in training management.
* Strong team management and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
* Project management expertise.
* Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Knowledge of training techniques and their implementation.
* Experience in maintaining a training matrix.
