Training and Administrative Manager

At Damco Spain SL, we're seeking a skilled Training and Administrative Manager to oversee our training programs and administrative operations. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to create valuable relations with current and new customers and work with highly professional teams in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both training and office management, with a proven ability to enhance employee skills and streamline administrative processes. Key responsibilities include inducting and training administrative personnel, assessing staff performance, and managing schedules and office supplies inventory.
We're looking for a versatile and experienced professional who can develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Induct and train administrative personnel.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and office supplies inventory.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods, including workshops, simulations, and e-learning.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Stay updated on training trends, developments, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Training Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and office management procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-learning platforms.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
