Take your career to the next level with HelloFresh as a Training Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing training programs for our production and warehouse environment.



As a skilled and knowledgeable workforce is crucial for our success, you will develop and execute training strategies that enhance the performance and productivity of our team members. This will involve collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.



You will also manage and support the development of Training Ambassadors, who will play a vital role in promoting a positive and collaborative learning environment within the organization.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of Training Ambassadors to ensure shift KPIs are met and on-time, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Engage and develop the team to achieve optimum performance and meet their full potential through performance management and coaching.
  • Role-model the Company's DNA, ensuring that these values are followed by the team and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR, Training Teams as required, and providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, utilizing a variety of training methods and ensuring the highest level of engagement and retention.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance, evaluations, and training completion reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support and guidance to training ambassadors, promoting a positive and collaborative learning environment and encouraging open communication and feedback.
  • Monitor and review the sign-off process of the safe system of work documents, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained, cooperating with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters and reporting incidents immediately.
  • Undertake basic problem-solving activities and escalate to the Training Lead where necessary, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Lead or be involved in ad-hoc projects as and when required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Champion key Company strategies and initiatives, such as Colleague Happiness Surveys, Diverse & Inclusive working, and Colleague Wellbeing, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

The following shift pattern is available:



Wednesday to Saturday - Days (7am - 7pm)
