Area Sales Manager Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market share.

About the Job:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality sales reports and presentations to senior management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and account management
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
  • Two 15-minute breaks (AM + PM)
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • Company vehicle provided
  • OTE of £250/month if targets are met
