About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our team in Stockport. As a key member of our office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and order management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update the orders inbox daily, maintaining a low email count and communicating regularly with the team.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage quotes and match them with orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and assist Regional Sales Managers with queries, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Verify that customer purchase order values match the CRM quote where applicable, maintaining data integrity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in customer service or business support, with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to support colleagues and work collaboratively towards common goals.
