We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our school's two sites.

Job Requirements
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety procedures and protocols is essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • You will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of school minibuses, conducting regular checks and maintenance, and ensuring they are in good working order.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required.

A minimum salary of £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in maintaining the school's facilities and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of students, staff, and visitors.
