Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Education and Conservation Specialist. This role will provide training and support to assist the Engagement Officer onsite, ensuring the delivery of high-quality environmental activities for various groups.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for conservation and education. The role will involve teaching and leading environmental activities, managing facilities, working with the public, creating and running events, and supervising volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of educational programs
  • Support the Engagement Officer in managing facilities and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
