Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Promote positive behavior and resilience, helping students build self-esteem and confidence.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and understanding of SEMH and SEN needs.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with SEMH, ASD, or challenging behavior is highly desirable.
  2. A compassionate and patient approach to education, with a genuine desire to support and motivate young people.
  3. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
