Professional SEMH Teaching Support Worker

We are looking for a skilled and caring SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team in New Milton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEMH and SEN support through regular training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements and Benefits:
- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with SEMH, ASD, or challenging behavior, is highly desirable.
