We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our Universal Business Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and achieves growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
- Extensive experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Flexibility to travel nationally
