Head of Sales Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and achieve growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and customers.
  3. Recruit, train, and coach sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  4. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
  5. Monitor and improve sales performance, ensuring that company quotas are met.
  6. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements
  1. Extensive experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to travel nationally, with a flexible approach to work.
  5. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and generate new business leads.
What We Offer
  1. Competitive salary of £65,000-75,000 DOE.
  2. Car allowance of £6,000 per annum.
