CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) / Data Centre Solutions is a leading provider of fully integrated real estate, facilities and technology solutions. We deliver end-to-end services to data centre owners, occupiers and investors across the globe.
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our EMEA growth strategy in the data centre market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in winning new business and managing sales teams. They will be responsible for developing and executing the EMEA growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the EMEA growth strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Manage and develop the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure they have the necessary training and development opportunities
- Identify and build a long-term active pipeline of new business opportunities
- Lead sales strategy and negotiations on key regional and global pursuits
Requirements:
- Strong experience in selling facility management services with a proven track record of success
- Leadership experience in building high-performing sales teams that consistently outperform the competition
- Extensive experience in facility management services and developing outsourcing solutions, pricing and org development models preferred
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents such as RFPs and SOWs
