Customer Experience Specialist

About your experience:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least 6 months previous experience in sales, preferably IT / Software / SaaS
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- History of working towards, and exceeding KPI's in a targeted role
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot), prospecting software (e.g. Zoominfo), LinkedIn
