Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support for multiple brands through various channels, including Amazon Seller Central and social media platforms.
  • Log and track customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage customer tickets and orders, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably with experience working with multiple brands.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias and Shopify, as well as strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
