We are looking for a talented Support Specialist to join our PDI Fuel Pricing Support team.

About the Job

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to our global customers while maintaining adherence with customer and internal reporting requirements.

  • You will investigate, analyze, and resolve issues and problems for our global customers as per defined Incident Management procedures.
  • Participate in both functional and technical training and knowledge transfer for the PDI Fuel Pricing products.
  • You will support and lead certain elements of transition activities for new customers into Support.
  • Continuous improvement – work with other team members to develop, propose and implement improvements in working practices.

There is an opportunity and expectation to provide on-call (after hours) support for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required after completing the onboarding process.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting software and testing software applications.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a desire to help others and take action.

This role offers further career progression through either a technical or functional route and has an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 based on location.
