Customer Relationship Director

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Director to lead our internal sales team in Haydock, responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of our customers, collaborating with senior management to set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of internal sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they view Algeco as a trusted partner.
