At Edwardian Hotels London, we're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. We're seeking a talented Assistant Meeting and Events Operations Manager to join our team at the iconic 5-star May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

About the Role:

  • Take ownership of events and coordinate the team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings to discuss event details, special requests, and staff responsibilities.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of service during events, meeting guests' needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Support the Meeting and Events Operations Manager with team development and performance management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in meetings and events operations at a management level.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken.
