Logistics Manager for Meetings and Events

**Job Title:** Meeting and Events Logistics Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting and Events Logistics Manager to join our Food & Beverage Department at Raffles London at The OWO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of meetings and events from a logistical perspective.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the coordination of meetings and events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Ensure that all employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms to perform their duties.
- Provide feedback to the Event Operations Manager and Director of Events on junior team members and agency staff, ensuring that performance is measured and retraining is applied where necessary.
- Assist in the creation and management of a department with a positive culture, resulting in guest satisfaction and high team member retention rates.
**Requirements:**
- A proven track record of providing high levels of service under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
- An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
- At least two years of experience working in a similar role in a five-star property.
