Job Summary:The Meeting and Events Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of meetings and events, ensuring that all aspects of event planning and execution are handled with precision and attention to detail. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing event timelines, and ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are in place.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are in place for events
- Manage event timelines and ensure that all events are executed on time and within budget
- Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for events
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure that all events are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees
- 2+ years of experience in event logistics or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
