The May Fair Hotel, a Radisson Collection Hotel, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Meeting and Events Operations Manager to join our exceptional team. As a key member of our Meetings and Events Operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional events and ensuring seamless execution.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of events, coordinating with the team to ensure all aspects are fulfilled.
- Conduct pre-event briefings to discuss event details, special requests, and staff responsibilities.
- Ensure a smooth flow of service during events, meeting guests' needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Support the Meeting and Events Operations Manager with team development and performance management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in meetings and events operations at a management level.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
- Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken.
- A passion for food and beverage and a desire to provide impeccable service.
