Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Brand Director to join our growing team. As a key leader, you'll work closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand positioning, messaging, and creative briefs that effectively communicate our brand story
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated omnichannel campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in omnichannel marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that effectively reach target audiences, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns
  • Design and facilitate workshops, lead tactical and brand planning, and conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Drive innovation in brand strategy and marketing approaches to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, and use insights to inform future strategies
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy or related roles within an advertising agency, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in a clear and compelling manner
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

We have offices in cities with many employees and clients, and encourage employees who live less than a 45-minute commute of a Real Chemistry office to go in at least two days per week.
