As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our cosmetic surgery hospitals in London and Manchester.

We require an individual with a strong background in surgical settings, preferably with a cosmetic focus, and a proven track record in scaling businesses and managing multiple locations. This role demands a hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

About the Job:

  • Operational Management: Oversight of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaboration with senior management to set long-term operational goals and strategies, aligning them with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Business Scaling: Utilising experience in scaling businesses to expand operations into new locations, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all sites.
  • CQC Compliance: Management and ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations, including handling inspections and complaints.
  • Team Leadership: Providing leadership and support to cross-functional teams, including supervising Doctors, Nurses, and Clerical staff.

What We Offer:
