Standby Healthcare Ltd is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Qualified Registered Manager to lead their 60+ bedded Nursing Home in Newcastle. As an experienced Registered Manager, you will oversee the effective operation of the home while delivering high-quality care to residents.

Duties will include:

  1. Management of staff to ensure excellent quality of care and operational efficiency
  2. Providing regular training and development opportunities for staff
  3. Maintaining compliance with CQC and other regulations
  4. Medication management and continuous improvement
  5. Conducting appraisals and supporting recruitment
  6. Managing external partners and maintaining financial control

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  1. Be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN
  2. Have at least 3 years of management experience
  3. Possess strong knowledge of CQC and other regulations
  4. Hold an NVQ level 5 in leadership and management
  5. Exhibit strong management skills and ability to lead multiple teams
  6. Show willingness to implement change
  7. Have experience working within multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners

This role offers a competitive salary up to £60,000 plus bonus, continuous personal development, and a fantastic working environment.
