**Job Title:** Care Home Manager - Luxury Home Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at a luxury home in West Denton-Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage staff and resources to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external partners.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management.
  • Proven experience in the private care sector, with a focus on marketing and business skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

**What We Offer:**

  • An estimated salary of £42,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
