About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a full-time Care Home Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure each resident receives the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and resources to promote dignified and fulfilling lives for residents.
- Create and lead a vision for the home to drive continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with residents, families, professional contacts, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- A good working knowledge of CQC standards and ability to work towards achieving Outstanding ratings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, with experience of running commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care homes.
- Passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care.
- Competitive salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Full-funded training and development opportunities.
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
