We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the home's management team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the home's management team in managing staff, resources, and services.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans and policies that meet the needs of residents.
  • Monitor and report on resident care and well-being, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:
To succeed as a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will need:
  • A valid nursing qualification (RGN).
  • Proven experience in a similar role or senior leadership position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and families.

Salary: £23.82 per hour.
