Job Summary:

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the care facility, leading a team of carers and support staff, and developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • To lead and motivate a team of carers and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To develop and implement effective policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current healthcare regulations.

Salary: £60,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as a pension scheme and life insurance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar care facility.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current healthcare policies and regulations.
