Job Title: Luxury Hotel Kitchen Manager

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Luxury Hotel Kitchen Manager to join our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

You will work closely with our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Cuisine to ensure seamless kitchen operations and consistency in food preparation. Your leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail will be essential in driving the success of our culinary team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

In this role, you will also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your culinary skills and stay updated on industry trends. You will be required to consistently strive to exceed guest expectations, delivering memorable dining experiences that reflect the Accor Hotels brand ethos.
