**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team at a luxury home in West Denton-Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage staff and resources to ensure each resident enjoys a dignified and fulfilling life.
  • Create and lead a vision for the home to achieve outstanding CQC standards.
  • Liaise with residents, families, professional contacts, and multi-disciplinary teams.

**Requirements:**

  • A good working knowledge of CQC standards and experience in achieving outstanding ratings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships at all levels.
  • A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing high-level person-centred care.

**What We Offer:**

  • An estimated salary of £42,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
