About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team at ArcelorMittal SA in Newcastle. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through strategic planning and leadership.

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of production personnel to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
  • 6 years' relevant experience in industrial environments
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role
