About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead - Payroll and Benefits to manage our administrative team's daily activities, ensuring seamless delivery of services and support to our HR transformation projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, including payroll and benefits management, learning and development administration, and general administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, including data protection and confidentiality.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
