**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Team Coordinator - Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at AWD online. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient operation of daily tasks and projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Support the team with a range of administrative tasks

- Issue, monitor, cancel, and reissue vouchers via the CRM system and internal systems

- Assist the department, Team leads, and Contracts & Commercial Manager with administrative duties

- Order soft measures or project deliverables

- Stock check and delivery of soft measures/project deliverables within geographic boundaries

- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing campaign calls

- Arrange for order and delivery of vouchers

- Update information on shared spreadsheets

- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals

**Requirements:**

- Relevant administration, customer service, or office experience

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Visio

- Full UK driving licence

**Compensation Package:**

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £22,250 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including flexible working hours, 35 days annual leave, and a pension plan.
