About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Development Coordinator at Primark Glasgow - Park Head. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading an allocated section or department, focusing on commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual merchandising and sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve commercial goals and support store operations.
- Responsible for an allocated section or department, including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and optimising sales.
- Motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.
