Learning and Development Coordinator

Ashurst is a forward-thinking global law firm with a long-standing commitment to innovation and excellence. As part of our People & Culture function, we are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our global L&OD team.
About the RoleThis is a broad support role that includes the coordination of L&OD programmes, projects, and initiatives. You will assist with programme coordination, including learning event management and logistics, production of learning materials, and operation of learning technologies.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with L&OD Leads, Managers, and Consultants to ensure seamless delivery of L&OD programmes/projects and initiatives.
- Develop and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and communication and quality management plans.
- Support the L&OD team in implementing new technology, processes, and procedures as required.
- Establish and maintain virtual classroom and remote learning technology.
You will have a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in project coordination or support is highly desirable, as is proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
