Key Responsibilities:


• Leadership & Team Development: Provide leadership for the training team, with regular coaching sessions, performance observations, and structured feedback to support growth and skill advancement.


• Training & Upskilling Programs: Develop and conduct upskilling initiatives for Senior Trainers, Trainers, and Campaign Specialists, ensuring the delivery of relevant, high-quality learning experiences.


• Governance & Compliance: Implement and monitor governance standards across training programs, maintaining consistency through the Training Diary and Training Management Reports.


• Innovative Training Design: Redesign training materials to enhance engagement and align with evolving industry standards, ensuring training programs remain innovative and effective.


• Quality Assurance: Conduct monthly quality reviews, spot checks, and coaching sessions, using a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status approach to maintain high training standards.


• Strategic Collaboration: Work with the L&OD Business Partner on bid design and support campaign launches, pilot programs, and continuous improvement processes.


• Administration & Coordination: Oversee attendance reporting, manage voicemails, and coordinate with Logistics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
