At Turning Point, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Team Manager to lead our innovative community-based service in Staffordshire. This role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of our service and make a real difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, with experience of working with people who have experienced homelessness and substance misuse issues. They will be responsible for managing a team of Recovery Workers/Peer Support Workers and overseeing the development of the service to meet and exceed outcomes and quality requirements.

We estimate the salary for this position to be £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 32 days' paid holiday, plus bank holidays, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
