Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Limited is working in partnership with a contract catering site in Bicester, Oxfordshire who are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join their team.

What's involved?

As a skilled Chef in a prison kitchen, you will need to work effectively in a team, supporting the kitchen and helping prisoners in food production and cooking. You will need to have a positive and proactive approach.

You will work in a team with other chefs and catering assistants, following strict hygiene and safety standards. You will monitor food levels, organise storage, order new supplies, and plan meal patterns.
