Job Overview:

Frazer Jones is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Leader to join our team in London. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's HR strategy and drive key initiatives to support organisational growth.

You will partner with leadership teams to align HR practices with business goals, foster a positive culture, and lead talent development initiatives. With a strong focus on management development, succession planning, and organisational design, you will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement and ensuring HR practices align with the company's evolving needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture and Values: Embed the company's culture and values across the organisation, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and talent review processes.
  • Management Development: Design and deliver management development programs and competency frameworks to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Organisational Design: Advise on organisational design and structure to optimise business performance.
  • HR Initiatives: Implement HR initiatives across culture, learning & development, rewards, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyse HR data to drive continuous improvement in people practices.
