Job Title: Sales Enablement and Revenue Accelerator
About the Role:
We are seeking a high-achieving and results-driven Sales Enablement and Revenue Accelerator to join our team at T2 Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities in the Health and Social Care sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and meets our company's goals and objectives.
- To work closely with our customers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.
- To manage existing customer accounts and ensure excellent customer service.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest funding incentives and policies available to our customers.
- To collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 (basic) plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £37,000. You will also have the opportunity to progress within the company and take on new challenges.
