We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Student Welfare Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering programmes of pastoral care, wellbeing support, and personal coaching to our students on a one-to-one basis.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the education, interventions, counselling, and safeguarding teams to ensure that TCW students are safe, protected, and happy.">
  • You will have the freedom to create and deliver programmes as you see fit, working with students in various settings, including their homes, public spaces, and our Learning Hubs.">
  • You will be responsible for catering to all aspects of students' TCW experience, ensuring they are well-equipped to engage in their studies and prepare for their next steps.">
